Pinot Grigio

'07 Santi Pinot Grigio $10.99
With a pale straw color and delicate green tints, the wine has full and complex aromas of pears, exotic fruits and wild flowers. On the palate, the wine has generous, soft but lively fruit with firm flavors, good acidity and a long finish.

'08 Fun House Pinot Grigio $10.99
Boquet of springtime white and yellow flowers along with green apple and pear. Bone dry on the palate with some juicy fruit sweetness. Stainless steel fermented, producing a crisp, clean finish.

'07 Milbrandt Pinot Gris $11.99
Fresh and clean Pinot Gris with scents of flowers and Granny Smith Apples. This wine caresses the palate with nuanced flavors... crisp, refreshing and delicious!

'08 Inacayal Pinot Grigio $13.99
This wine has great personality, with a fresh apple-pear aroma. It is fresh and floral, with citric notes mixed with white fruits. The finish is long and somewhat sweet. Ideal to serve as an aperitif with fish, seafood dishes, light meat or pasta.

'06 Alma Rosa Pinot Gris $12.99
In the style of Alsatian Pinot Gris, this Santa Barbara County Pinot Gris shows a purity of fruit with exotic floral aspects, summery stone fruits and a refreshing acid-mineral finish. Great with Mediteranean dishes, it would be equally at home with spicy Pan-Asian concoctions!

Cheese

Pecorino $16.49/lb
Hard cheese from Sardinia, Italy made from sheep's milk known to be rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Pair it with some Sardinian Cannonau or any other antioxidant-rich red wine and you may have something going, live forever!

Shaft's Bleu Vein $13.15/lb
Aged for a minimum of one year in a gold mine hidden in the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This cheese is a savory, full flavored blue with an unsurpassed taste and texture rarely found in blue cheese. Try Shaft's Bleu Vein Cheese on crackers, atop a salad or melted on a great piece of grilled steak.

Beehive SeaHive $17.99/lb
An artisanal cow's milk cheese from the land of Salt and Honey, Utah. This cheese is hand rubbed with Beehive wildflower honey and local Redmond RealSalt. The honey comes from a local farm where the bees visit wildflowers and fruit orchards. The salt is from an ancient sea bed near Redmond, Utah and contains unique flecks of color that are the result of more than 50 natural trace minerals. This cheese is a true expression of local flavors!
