Robert Kacher At TWM

2007 Dom. Du Tariquet Sauvignon $9.99
This 100% Sauvignon Blanc displays intense floral notes, as well as great minerality. Its beautiful texture will be the perfect accompaniment to any fish or seafood dishes.

2007 Tariquet Chardonnay $12.99
The Grassa family brings you this powerful, yet elegant Chardonnay, partially aged in French oak barrels. Buttery flavors, toasted bread and vanilla dominate the palate. This rich wine that remains fresh pairs beautifully with a roasted chicken.

2007 Tariquet Chenin/Chard $10.99
This wine marries the finesse of Chenin Blanc (75%) with the elegance and structure of Chardonnay (25%). This complex wine displays delicious floral notes, as well as exotic fruit and vanilla. It brings seafood and chicken dishes to perfection.

2007 Tariquet Côté $12.99
With opposing characters, the Chardonnay and Sauvignon combine into numerous and astonishing flavors in a unique and original blend. Serve as an apertif, with fish, foie gras or white meat, this wine will surprise and awaken the palate.

'06 Le Clos $11.99
Blended from 45% Merlot, 15% Cab, 20% Carignan and 20% Grenache, Le Clos boasts lively red and black fruit aromas and exotic, spicy highlights. Silky tannins support a finely structured palate, softened by a touch of toasty vanilla oak.

Cheese

Sapori d'Italia Agri $2.49 ea
Straight from Nichlasville, KY, this goat cheese gets its name from the italian word for fresh. Finished early Wednesday afternoons, it is topped with italian style herbs and hand delivered to our door.
Now that's KY Proud!

Sapori d'Italia Peperoncini
Another one of the many styles of goat cheese from the same cheesemaker, Giovanni Capezzuto has infused this cheese with the bold flavor of red pepper. Alongside one of our artisan made salamis, this combo makes for a perfect cheese and charcuterie plate.

Cantalet, France
Cantalet (kahn-TAH-lay) is one of the oldest cheese in France, older even than Roquefort. It is named after the Cantal Mountains in Auvergne, where it is produced from cow*s milk and then aged. The flavor is buttery and nutty with earthy undertones and each bite lingers gracefully in the mouth. Pairs well with a wide variety of wines.

Vintage Gouda, Netherlands
This gouda is aged 5 years and there aren't so many Goudas of that age with a similar miracle of flavor. With a texture similar to Parmigiano-Reggiano, its rich flavor and subtle sweetness is intense and complex. This cheese pairs beautifully with a rich red wine or cool, tall glass of beer.
