2006 Pillar Box Red Blend $10
50% Shiraz, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 8% Merlot aged in a mix of used French and American oak. It offers an enticing, fruity nose including aromas of cassis, black cherry, black raspberry, and blueberry. Full-bodied, ripe, and layered with flavor.

2003 Sincerity Merlot/Cab $12
Deep red color with intense aromas of very ripe black fruits, spices, dried fruits, and mineral notes. On the palate, it has an elegant feel with good volume and concentration, great character and personality. The tannins are ripe and soft with a long finish.

2005 Root: 1 Cabernet Sauvignon $11
Deep ruby color, intense aromas of red fruits and cassis, with some hints of vanilla. Well balanced with soft tannins and good structure. Abundance of fruit flavors like cherries and plums, with a complex and long finish.

2005 Alain Paret Cotes du Rhone $13
Alain Paret has crafted a delicious Cotes du Rhone from 100% Syrah grapes from this region. Paret is famous for the wines he produces from the Syrah grape. This wine is medium bodied and exhibits a spicy, black fruit taste and a wonderful finish.

2006 Plantation 1905 $13
Plantation 1905 is exclusively created from one of the oldest vineyards of the village. The vineyard is composed of 23 different wine varietals, all of which are used in this blend! The taste of this aromatic wine are particular for a red. A floral nose with soft red fruits. A neat attack in the mouth with complex aromas ending with fine structured tannins.

2004 Marquis de Sade $10
Cotes du Ventoux blend of Grenache and Syrah, which gives the wine the taste of dark fruit and a hint of spice. A well balanced wine; it is very smooth in the mouth and has a long finish.

2002 Montecillo Crianza $10
100% Tempranillo aged for more than a year in oak barrels and a year in the bottle, this wine is ruby red in color with intense fruit aromas, ideal with white or red meat.

2005 Columbia Crest Merlot $10
This complex, artisanally crafted wine offers classic Merlot spice, ripe cherry fruit, and cocoa aromatics which persist on the palate. The balance of wood and black fruits creates a velvety, seductively smooth finish.

2005 Campus Oaks Zinfandel $13
Old Vine Zin, jammy and full of blackberries, raspberries and boysenberries. Silky smooth with a soft spicy finish.
