situated high on the windswept slopes of the extinct
volcano, Moncayo. The sun drenched , aird location
is ideal for harvesting perfectly matured, fully
ripened Garnacha grapes. The resulting wine is full
bodied, elegantly textured and exhibits a long complex
finish.

Le Pigeoulet en Provence $12
Fresh, fruity,
rich and elegant blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault
and Carignan. Dominate aromas of liquorice, black
fruit and garrigue herbs, it makes a good match
for very simple as well as more complex dishes.

Coteaux
du Languedoc Palombieres $12
A typically Mediterranean wine,
this blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre, grown
to provide low yields, is matured in barrels for
a year, A full wine with a long finish and raspberry
and spice aromas. It may be laid down for five years.
