"Miraculous Malbec"
'06 Bouges Les
Cots Hauts $12
This Loire Valley Malbec bursts from the glass with
bright black raspberry fruit. Stunningly dark purple
in color with a saturation of juicy black raspberry
and blackberry fruit on the palate. The finish has real
savor and refreshment.
'07 Don Miguel
Gascón Malbec $10
Full mature grapes from the Cordillera of the Andes
Mountains are used in this classic Malbec. It is full
bodied and elegant with soft, round tannins, layered
with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry,
and a hint of mocha.
'07 Alamos Malbec
$10
This Malbec is dark, blackish purple in color. The nose
shows ripe black fruits, black pepper spice and floral
notes. The mouthfeel is full yet soft and supple, with
black raspberry and currant flavors mingled with notes
of sweet spice and a touch of leather. The finish is
long and persistent with soft, sweet tannins.
'06 Zolo Malbec

For Zolo's Malbec, grapes are selected from the best
vineyards in the best wine growing region of Mendoza,
Argentina. Located at various altitudes, each of these
terriors provide unique characteristics. This wine is
a vibrant violet color, with high-intensity flavors
of black fruits, berries and raspberries.
'04 Terra Rosa
Malbec $12
The 2004 Terra Rosa is a BIG and juicy mouthful of wine,
with a lashing of oak. A crowd-pleaser though, which
the vintage dictates. It is really delicious...at once
rich and powerful with a delicate, long finish which
the best malbecs display!

San Joaquin Gold

From the San Joaquin Valley of central California, this
cheese has natural, thin rind with a tawny buttery color.
It has a pleasant acidity and saltiness and is balanced
with a deep lasting flavor and lovely sweetness. It
can be used as a table cheese, melted for use in cooking,
or grated as a soup or salad topping.

Tintern is a blend of Welsh matured Cheddar with fresh
chives and shallots. A superb combination of flavours
for the cheeseboard, and perfect for enlivening any
cheese dish. Tintern has a smooth, creamy texture that
subtley accentuates the taste of chives and shallots.
Extremely tasty when melted over steaks or burgers,
whipped into mashed potatoes or sliced for sandwiches.
Work well with ale and wine.
Rogue Oregonzola

This Gorgonzola style cheese is aged a minimum of 120
days in caves. During this time it takes on sharp, tangy,
fruity characteristics. Oregonzola has slight, classic
veins of mold and a creamery, buttery texture.
